"4 stars feels like a stretch as a hotel class, but I very much enjoyed this stay considering its price and the size of the room. I will say that the whole building has a very old vibe to it that Lailai is a part of and doesn't really hide, so it doesn't feel as clean as one may expect from a "4 star". Staff are super friendly though and the free gym access is an amazing perk."

"Excellent location; right at downtown area; easy to reach via various public transportations. Lots of great shopping and dining options. Free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. The electric kettle in the room is helpful and eco-friendly. The next step would be to include (more) water dispensers on each floor, an option that, according to the staff, is being seriously planned."

"Enjoyed the hotel. Rooms and all areas were very clean and quiet. Nice pool to do laps and big gym for a hotel. Restaurants were really good, however a little pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful, and since it was my wife’s birthday, we got upgraded and treats for a gift. This made the stay standout and showed their commitment to their guests. Highly recommend a stay here and would stay again."
