"We were there for only one night. The AC was struggeling and there were ants in the room. The shower didn’t feel safe and parking was not easy. A microwave could be usefull in the room. "The staff at the Heritage were so amazingly friendly and made everything effortless, from the herbal tea when we arrived (super early), to storing our luggage and taking it to our room, the whole team were fabulous. The hotel was super clean and smelled amazing, and our room was so nice. The location is excellent, so close to the river and all the restaurants around. I would absolutely recommend the Heritage, and will definitely stay again when in Ljubljana."
