"The rooms were a good size and very clean. The location was excellent, within a 2 minute walk to the lake and all the restaurants and shops. Free breakfast was also great with many options. Staff were absolutely amazing, Cindy and Happy were so accommodating and made our stay wonderful. They helped us book tours and were so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to those visiting Hanoi!
