"Our first night took a bit of an adjustment as we arrived near midnight and the driver (arranged by the hotel) didn't know where the hotel was. We were dropped off a couple of blocks away and the hotel staff met us and walked us to the hotel. The hotel manager, Guan, made it all up to the next morning without us even asking. He found us at breakfast to apologize for the driver and upgraded our room for our 5 night stay. Guan was attentive throughout our stay - making sure our room upgrade was properly taken cared of, arranging our spa appointments, giving us great local recommendations and even saying goodbye with a local gift. Guan and the rest of the hotel staff gave us a truly relaxing and pampered stay. "

You can easily walk to the old quarter and French quarter, which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are slightly dated in terms of decor, but comfortable and have everything you need. The spa was also very nice! Id recommend to anyone going to Hanoi!"
