"The rooms were a good size and very clean. The location was excellent, within a 2 minute walk to the lake and all the restaurants and shops. Free breakfast was also great with many options. Staff were absolutely amazing, Cindy and Happy were so accommodating and made our stay wonderful. They helped us book tours and were so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to those visiting Hanoi! "

"I couldn’t recommend a better hotel in Hanoi! The property itself was beautiful, spotless, and very easy to find. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even remembering each member of our family every time we returned from our daily adventures. Their recommendations for sightseeing were incredible, and their laundry service was quick and seamless—such a huge help while traveling. At one point, we needed transportation for the day, and they effortlessly arranged a private car for us, making everything so convenient. A special thank you to Ruby, who my son absolutely adored—he looked forward to seeing her every time we walked through the doors. Honestly, the level of care and hospitality we experienced here alone is enough reason for me to return to Hanoi. Highly recommend!"
