"This was a very nice hotel. Facilities, location, food, and very close shop and food make it a good choice. The staff, specially in restaurant and front desk make this one of the best hotels i have stayed in. Anna, who seems to be everywhere and doing everything would add another star to this hotel on her own. This girl is worth her weight in gold and i expect will be running her own hotel at some point. Massive energy, so friendly and total professional. "

"We had an excellent experience at Rex Hanoi Hotel. All the staff were very attentive and provided phenomenal service (reception, doormen, facilities, room service, and dining service staff). Vivian and all the dining service staff were exceptional. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay within Hanoi's Old Quarter area for its great location, thoughtful staff, and yummy breakfast."

"The water pressure from shower can be a little stronger. Overall room size and cleanliness is excellent ! Staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful… Room size is perfect for a couple with large luggages. Located in the old quarter, we enjoyed walking around. It is safe both day and night but is crowded. Driving would be an issue with heavy traffic. We had spent a good 2 days there. "

"The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many things, our room was beautiful large and spacious. The staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went up to Halong Bay for our overnight cruise so we didn’t have to take everything with us. Highly recommended this hotel and would stay there again. "

"I stayed at the Eclipse Legend Hotel for 4 nights in late September. I cant say enough about the staff, who were all so nice and helpful every time I interacted with them. They were eager to answer questions, give suggestions, or just chat. The location is great being a very short walk to the Old Quarter, but just the right distance to where it is nice and quiet at night. There are some great coffee shops and restaurants very close. I would absolutely stay there again if I return to Hanoi."

"Amazing hotel with a very loving staff who made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was probably the coolest spot in all of Hanoi and drinks were cheap (around $5-6) considering the high luxury of the place. They have happy hour everyday. The room was quiet and cozy. A/C worked well. They have free to use umbrellas for the guests. The breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning (it's more like a brunch!). Walkable to anywhere with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Accessible by Grab. "
