"Cloud 9 hotel is a newly built hotel in the heart of luoyang nanda street which is the largest night market in the city. The place is cozy blend with modern and historical architecture which makes this place very enjoyable to stay with. The rooms, washroom, amenities are all great and clean. Everything included from towels to slippers even toothbrush. Really nothing to complain.
