The reception staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to the metro and the airport was brilliant - on demand, no booking or timetables. The wait staff in the restaurant could have been more attentive - we were left waiting to give our order for 20 minutes. But this was the only grumble in what was otherwise a great experience."

"This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The entire hotel is only recently built, the rooms are modern and stylish. The staff are incredibly friendly and are always willing to help. The bed is big and comfortable, and the shower is definitely the best part. The rooms come with a massive TV with Netflix. On the site is a complex which when completed will be filled with lots of shops and restaurants, some of which are already open. The hotel is in close proximity to the tram station so getting into Bergamo is a breeze. You can also take the line up the other way to Albino and do some hiking. We stayed as a couple and had absolutely no issues at all, the only minor comment would be that there was some limescale in the shower head but a quick wipe with a cloth sorted that out. Also the rooftop restaurant is expensive so just keep that in mind. However the food is incredible. The breakfast is great, there is a wide selection of cereal, hot food, pastries and fruit available and we were always able to get a seat. Would definitely return to this hotel and can highly recommend to others. "

"Airport shuttle was easy to use with 5 Euro/person. Room was very clean. We did not use the breakfast service as we needed to leave early, but the hotel provided a breakfast box for those who cannot eat the breakfast in hotel."
