"We initially booked a two-night stay at Southern Sun Lusaka, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to extend our visit to five nights. Although the hotel was fully booked, the management went out of their way to accommodate us and carefully made a plan so we could remain comfortably. Their flexibility and willingness to assist truly stood out. The staff in every department were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. From reception to housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone consistently provided warm and attentive service. I can only say positive things about our experience. We felt genuinely well looked after and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended."

"Great hotel in Central Lusaka, half an hour from the airport (600 kwachi cab ride). Feels upscale. Good food in the restaurants and breakfast buffet. Clean room, nice and quiet, good neighborhood, surprisingly affordable. I stayed two nonconsecutive nights and had an equally excellent experience both times. "
