Hotels with Swimming Pools in Luwuk

"From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened. For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but multiple staff said they have not had a shuttle for over a year. A YEAR! To have that in your listing as a selling feature to help me make my decision to stay there, is clearly not just a mistake or an oversight, it is intentional deceit and fraudulent. They charged us 50k for the FREE airport shuttle. Go anywhere else - and beg the staff to go with you. They were nice, but unfortunately could not do anything and didn’t have the supplies or tools to fix things, so they did the best they can with smiles. Unfortunately it just wasn’t enough. "
