"I came to Luxembourg from another country just to attend a concert. I contacted Le Rodbar about my troubles getting there from the city during the day but noone answered so I went there in person to discuss the options because it was too late to cancel the booking. They told me there's no way I can come to my room after 21:30 because I am the only person in the building. I asked for WIFI password, it didn't work.
