The stay was pleasant, and the hotel, while simple, is well located and suited my needs. The breakfast was good. I believe the overall experience could be even better with an improvement in the quality of the bed linen, towels, and pillows.

The room was very warm and welcoming. The staff did a great job checking us in after a long day of travel. The bathroom toiletries were great, and I’d love to know what candle scent they use in the lobby!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. To the male staff member who checked us in at around 11pm at night: a massive thank you from us both. We appreciated your warm welcome, free chocolates and free drinks vouchers The room you gave us was fantastic. Very comfortable bed and amazing views on 23rd floor. The room and indeed the hotel premises in general was spotlessly clean. Breakfast- great variety of food very tasty. We especially liked the selection of freshly made smoothies, nut selection and lots of vegan options.
The spa was fantastic also, kept very clean while we were there, hottest sauna I have been in and the views from there were the best part of my experience
We give the hotel 10/10 we will definitely return soon for a longer stay

Lovely comfortable bed ,great shower ,disappointing that the car parking was charged at over 45 euros for a two night stay .. Breakfast was good but not great staff were generally excellent.
