"Room was clean and more spacious. The electric driven remote controlled shades are cool and really added a touch of class to the room. Security officer John talked to guests to find out if they need anything to make them find their way around the hotel. Breakfast and a la carte lunch were very good. A bit of disappointment that the coconut was too young to have any meat inside which is the way I want it. View yes the view, though still a construction site, the bay view is a bonus for sunset viewing though not during my stay because typhoon Inday."

"I think it is a 5 stars hotel. Well, it is well deserved. there is nothing wrong about it, and I understand now why they charge much more than the usual hotel in Manila. Everything is perfect. Staff, room, amenities, even for a normal, lower price room (still expensive) you have it for your money. If you have the money to stay, and you want the royal treatment... go there."
