"Great location less than a mile away from the M5 and off the main road. Wonderful guy on reception who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and tidy. We decided to go into nearby Thornbury to grab something to eat. The bed was really comfy and we had our buffet breakfast in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the hotel which kept us full for the drive home."

We stayed as we were attending a wedding so didn’t really explore much but what we saw was very nice. Bedrooms were basic but this was obviously reflected in the price. "Lovely hotel, great staff, and food / bar really well decorate great atmosphere "

"Lovely accommodation, clean, modern, pretty and spacious garden, safe off road parking. 3 very comfy bedrooms, nice living room with dining table. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher as well as utility room with washing machine. The road is a bit noisy with very fast traveling, but we soon got used to this. It wouldn't put us off staying here again. The location of cottage is close to many lovely attractions including Forest of Dean, Clearwell Caves and Puzzle Wood."
