"Check in was smoothe Sandra very helpful and leann very helpful re check out. Breakfast was amazing! The pool steam room and sauna very nice the only thing is that the lockers didnโ€™t work that well would be better with keys or padlock. Food was good it was a lovely hotel and the location was convenient in centre between Gloucester and Cheltenham."
