Good choice for an inexpensive hotel in Lyon. Good location. Simple clean and tidy rooms, courteous staff. No fridge in room and the bathroom while clean and tidy was 1970s vintage with shower in bath. You get what you pay for and I would recommend. Family rooms also a good option.

Ett mindre, mycket trevligt hotell centralt i Lyon.Fräscha rum, lobby och frukostmatsal med lite bohemisk, familjär känsla. Bra frukostutbud och mycket trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Reste med tre vänner och vi var mycket nöjda och återvänder gärna.

AC works well. Location is excellent, close to all forms of transportation as well as neighborhood restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The building is a bit older but well-kept. All in all, I am glad I stayed at Du Simplon.

Hotel tres charmant

Hotel tres bien situé dans un quartier animé et culturel. Proche de la place bellecour et de Fourviere. Ma chambre etait petite sobre tres propre et calme. J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil le charme de l'hotel. L'hotel héberge une association de cuisine. C'est formidable. Petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de produits frais.
