We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the downtown and old town area by public transport; and because it has an underground parking. The hotel is a bit dated but nice.

Good choice near Part Dieu train station

Just a two night stay to visit friends in Lyon. Easy to get to on the Tram out of Part Dieu train station. Area was good since there was a McDonalds and a grocery store to buy wine. Front desk people were pleasant. There was an on premise restaurant/bar but not open for lunch or dinner.

Good

It was good overall but definitely not 4 star level. The room itself was new and modern but the hotel was narrow and the only restaurant was undergoing innovation so that didn’t help give the hotel a better image. Staff were nice and friendly.

Liked: Very close to a bus stop and also to a metro. Small shops in the vicinity (open until quite late at night) are very convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating Could be improved: Iron and ironing board not standard in the rooms (One can ask for it, but then it later gets taken to other rooms, and one has to re-ask). For a four-star hotel, I would have expected this to be standard. Staff member directed me to the wrong bus stop. Perhaps it was just a misunderstanding, but he did see it on my map, and did say the correct bus, but sent me to the wrong bus stop.

J'ai passé une seule nuit, à 6h45 j'ai été réveillé, moi et ma femme, par les aboiements incessants d'un chien dans une chambre voisine. Autant dire rédhibitoire pour un hÎtel 4 étoiles.

TrÚs bon séjour, mais le parking compliqué !

Bon sĂ©jour dans l'ensemble, parking un peu difficile Ă  trouver et peu visible car il faut passer par des voies de tram rĂ©servĂ©es aux riverain, puis l'entrĂ©e est sur la gauche donc pas intuitif. Le parking en lui-mĂȘme est un dĂ©dale assez glauque. Mais Ă  part ça, l'hĂŽtel en lui-mĂȘme est trĂšs bien. Bien placĂ©, calme, ascenseur sĂ©curisant (impossible de l'emprunter sans carte de chambre). Personnel serviable.
