The entire staff was exceptional, friendly, and accommodating. A special thank you to the General Manager, who went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. "While walking in, there was a naked man leering at us from a 2nd floor window. The place was filthy. Carpets were disgusting. Cigarette butts inside on the floor. Drugged out looking people everywhere. Does not look anything like the pictures. Security doors were broken. Got to the room and left within 2 minutes. It smelled like cat pee, was tiny, dirty and the bed was a glorified cot. We were appalled. The front desk agent was not surprised at all that we were leaving. Were told we will not be refunded. It seemed like a drug motel, to be honest. Not safe at all. "

"Weird set up... bedroom bathroom connected without a door. Getting ready is loud f9r other person sleeping. Bathroom should be connected to the living room. Other than that, great hotel!!"
