"The staff were extremely rude and when my husband and I went to get something to eat late into the evening when we came back our key no longer worked and nobody was in the office to assist us we literally had to sit in our vehicle for several hours before someone actually showed up u would rate this place a no star but I cant"

"The staff was friendly. The parking lot was full, even the backlot, due to construction/remodeling of the hotel. It seemed like all employees (construction) parked and took all the spots with their equipment (storage bins), etc. Our first room flooded and we were moved into another, but that room had the stench of weed and we slept with the window open. The beds were not comfortable and I don't think they were queen size (full size). Rooms could be cleaner, especially the cabinets."
