"Awesome rooms, great attention to detail. This is an awesome hotel!"

"Room was ready when we arrived early. So we dropped our stuff, turned up the heat and changed for the bowl game at Fenway. All staff we spoke with were very personable and polite. When we returned after the game (freezing) to change for dinner, it was still only 62 in the room and the phone did not work (room 210). We went down and told the desk and they sent someone up. They fixed the heat quickly and it had already gone up 2 degrees so we went to dinner. Room was room when we got back. Would stay again, just wish they had breakfast."

"The Hotel was beautiful,clean and had the perfect location but I was most impressed by the great staff. Everyone from the doorman to the cleaning ladies, the baristas, tho the front desk attendees were smiling, caring and full of joy."

"Very attentive service, surprisingly spacious rooms, and a good gym. Small touches like the sparkling water machines and treats at the front desk like hot chocolate were nice too. Free snacks in the room are a plus too."
