"The hotel is a little north of downtown Old City, but very easy to reach by public transit.
The staff were friendly. Our room was nicely sized and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead. It would have been nice to have a moveable makeup mirror.
This was a nice hotel and we would stay again"

I particularly appreciated the excellent guest service; when I mentioned that the hairdryer in the room was underpowered, the staff promptly provided a high-performance one at no extra charge. Combined with the delicious breakfast and the convenient location, I had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning in the future."

Our stay at Raffles Istanbul was flawless in every way. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, serene, and beautifully designed with an incredible attention to detail. The heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch, especially after the spa, and everything from the lighting to the finishes felt intentional and elevated. The entire space felt calm, refined, and incredibly comfortable.
The spa experience was unforgettable. My Husband and I did the hammam together, and it was hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. The women who performed our treatments were absolutely amazing—so skilled, attentive, and nurturing. I truly wish I remembered their names because they deserve special recognition. The ritual was deeply relaxing, grounding, and beautifully executed, leaving us both feeling completely renewed.
A huge heartfelt shout-out to Kutay, the Concierge Manager. He was incredibly personable and genuinely caring, with a rare talent for making you feel instantly at home. His warmth, thoughtfulness, and seamless communication elevated our entire stay and made every experience effortless.
