"The customer service from every single staff member was 100%. From the second we got out the taxi which was after 1:30 am. Efficient check in
Process then heading to a comfortable room. Have to mention Sultana who really helpful when planning days out and giving us great deals. The concierge service was really helpful as well. In the mornings the lifts were busy for breakfast but the staff member(sorry I can’t remember her name),was doing a great job helping and controlling the lifts. The breakfast choices were incredible from a traditional options to Indian breakfast. Next time I book a holiday in Dubai this is my hotel choice."
