I arrived with an injury and was travelling alone. Mostafa was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. His assistance was thoughtful, discreet and genuinely kind, and made a significant difference to my experience. JA Ocean View Hotel, and in particular Mostafa, continues to set a benchmark for quality. "
