"There was a hurricane when we got there no facilityโs or amenities were open for 3 day along with no power for the 3days! They also got our room messed up, there was construction going on and we didnโt get the room we paid for with no compensation! Over all we made the best of it but wasnโt the best experience!"

"Itโs a great resort . The only disappointment was a couple things were closed like the game room , Tarzan swing . And the water elevator is no longer in operation. But the staff was great . The pools are great . The aesthetic is great . Food is wildly expensive at any of the restaurants related to the resorts so better off grabbing food at a local spot"
