Property has great potential, mall portion under construction but food choices are good. Safe easy to get to the airport and has a nice pool or relax area if u dont want to get ur feet wet.

The staff (receptionists, concierge, security, housekeepers and F&B servers) was the only highlight of this location. We didn’t have hot water 4 out of the 5 days we had stayed. What I was told by the maintenance personnel was the water temperature had to be controlled to prevent guests from being burned (???), and to open all the faucets for 15 minutes the night before in order for the water to cycle through and become hot in the morning. Really????

Overnight at Royce
The bed was comfortable, we slept straight till morning. The breakfast buffet was enormous and the breakfast room is like fine dining!

There seems to be two different properties. The deluxe rooms are in the older hotel. The premium rooms is in the newer building attached to the main casino. The room I stayed it was spacious but definitely a little older.

Royce Hotel
Over all service is excellent from the front desk up to the parking attendant. Buffets are in par with Las Vegas where we go once or twice a month. We have a vacation house in Vegas that’s why we go there frequently.

Great location for us, the inner walls of the hotel had lack of insulation was noisy. heard construction, traffic, and people in hallway talking loud or in the room next door.

Misleading to customers
Be careful because they mix and match rooms from old building and new building without saying which is which! Then make reservations nonrefundable so when you show up and are disappointed to be in old building they don’t allow you to cancel. Shady at best.

This hotel supposed to be very good because it just opened up 2-3 mos ago, but our room, the doors has some dirty marks and the headboard, disgusting. I asked for a hot tea on a pot the water was warm it wasn’t even hot; so I called to have another tea pot requested extra hot. Well guess what the water was dirty, and it wasn’t even hot. Very disappointing. I tried reaching out to manager but he was hiddinf, front desk telling me a lot of excuses. We are definitely not staying here again and I will tell all my family and friends not to stay at Royce hotel. I have a video of the dirty water in the hot pot but is not uploading here.

Not a casino resort as claimed.
Claims to be a 5 star hotel but more like A motel. Shower head was weak, TV has to be rebooted several times a day, and the key card had to be reprogrammed from the front desk. Bery disappointing as my first stay.
