"Many of the staff were very straight-faced and less than friendly. Why? Do they hate their jobs? There were 8 in our party, and we all noticed it."

"Friendly check in, room was clean and comfortable. Some wear/damage to furnishings but nothing that affected functionality or comfort. The breakfast was wonderful. Will stay again when I’m passing through. "

"Comfy beds, great fresh breakfast. We were expecting a coffee machine in our room & when mentioned to the front desk, even though they don't supply them any more, she brought one right up when requested! Good handicap parking close to the door. TV didn't work but front desk again came right up to fix it!"

"The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. "
