"The staff was amazing...they surprised me with an upgrade and made me a homemade card and balloons and gifts for my 30th work anniversary! Wow. Everything about the room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice view of the river. The breakfast was MUCH better than most hotel breakfasts--delicious! The Lodge at Columbia Point

10/10 Excellent
"The Lodge at Columbia Point was a lovely surprise! We had the pleasure of discovering it on a recent unplanned stay in Richland due to a car issue while driving home to Seattle. It is a great location and it turned into a memorable getaway. Our room with a balcony overlooking the river was immaculate. The staff were all great! There is a wonderful Italian restaurant and bar on site. Our stay was made extra special with the help of our delightful and experienced bartender, Marina and the talented sous chef, Jimmy. They both stood out as highlights! We are now looking forward to making an actual planned visit to return sometime in the near future."

"For the price, I would expect a little more. The paint in the bathroom was peeling some. Bathroom door was showing some decay. The walls were super-thin. Things I would expect at a Days Inn or Super 8 I guess...not a Holiday Inn with a higher price point. The pool was great and the exterior was very inviting- the hotel grounds are well-kept. Very nice. The breakfast was very good as well."
