"Beds were small, definitely not queen. The lights outside were really bright, the curtains could’ve been a little longer to make the room darker. One of the beds (or mattresses?) was broken, and I kept rolling down to my left. It was a rough night. The room looked clean."

"The room we stayed in had been updated recently and was clean and comfortable. Quite nice for the price! We had some trouble getting the doors locked and unlocked. Other than that, great little place to stay! "

"Comfy beds and cool atmosphere. We got the Executive Suite, which our kids loved, and we did, too. We have stayed here before, but never in the suite. It has a balcony overlooking the indoor pool, and it also has a huge hot tub inside the room. Comfy couch and recliner, and lots of room for all our stuff. We slept so good we missed breakfast (which has always been pretty good here). The staff was fantastic, as always."

"Listen—I travel a lot, and this place actually gets it right. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake by IHG is a straight-up 10/10. Rooms? Super nice, clean, and comfortable. The lobby isn’t some awkward pass-through either—it’s got real space to sit, relax, and hang out. And the breakfast? Not your sad little “continental” situation. We’re talking biscuits and gravy, omelets, hot cinnamon rolls… basically everything you’d hope for and then some. But let’s talk about Barbara—because she deserves it. She went above and beyond with her customer service and was an absolute delight to interact with. I called ahead about needing a crib, and she made sure it was already set up in our room when we walked in. No reminders, no hassle, just handled. That level of care stands out. Bottom line: if more hotels ran like this one, travel would be a whole lot better. Stay here."
