Boa noite! So achei ruim o seguinte o quarto que mostra no catálogo com um monte de opções vistas entre outras coisas nao e o mesmo da realidade na hora da hospedagem. Gostaria que estive a opções da agnte hospede pode ter direto de opnia sobre opções de quarto se quer na anda alto ou baixo com vistas ou sem vistas . Voce chega no hotel faz o check-in se o quarto estiver exemplo uma banheiro hidromassagem a o quarto que tem vaga te hofa tidar nem a preferência de opina.

Acredito que há muitos pontos a serem melhorados. Infelizmente, durante nossa estadia, tivemos que trocar de quarto três vezes, o que foi bastante desconfortável. No primeiro quarto, o ar-condicionado não funcionava, no segundo, começou a sair água de esgoto pelo ralo atrás do vaso sanitário. Por fim, não havia mais quartos da nossa categoria disponíveis que escolhemos originalmente. A sugestão inicial da equipe foi simplesmente colocar um pano sobre o ralo, o que nos causou ainda mais insatisfação. Diante da situação, sugeri duas alternativas: ou ficaríamos em um quarto de categoria inferior com reembolso parcial, ou nosso check-out seria estendido, e esta última opção foi aceita. Apesar desses transtornos, o restante da estadia foi tranquilo, e o café da manhã estava bom.
