Property is close to the river and hot springs. I’m pretty sure they listed air conditioning as one of their amenities, but there was none. As a result, windows had to be opened for cool air and there were some bugs in the room. The shower was also finicky. It went from cold to very hot to cold again with slight adjustments.

We were unable to stay at this property near Machu Picchu, Peru because of political protests which have cut off rail travel and stopped entrance into the historical site. I asked for a refund but have heard nothing from them.
Staff were very nice and helpful, They picked us up from train station and help us carry our backpacks to hotel. That's really warm because I felt it was hard to breathe under altitude sickness. Very appreciate. By the way, the room is unique with flowers decoration, beautiful and enjoyable. Overall, it was absolutely 10/10 .
The hotel is right by aguas caliente river and it was felt like you were right in nature. There were avocados growing right outside the window. Loved it.
The staff were very friendly and the location was clean and quiet, and they upgraded our room for free. Be aware, it is quite aways up the hill from the main square, still walking distance. One drawback - there was no hot breakfast.
First of all their service is excellent. Hotel was clean, and overlooking the river. The running water sound was awesome to sleep to. We stayed in 301 and that room was secluded which enabled us to get FREAKY... So if you're looking to get lucky or some positive sexual energy... You're welcome.
Nice to hear the river just outside my window. Located next to a pretty little park of sculptures. Good hot shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Fantastic value for the money. Very friendly staff. Well kept room and property. Right next to the street with all the shops and restaurants. Staff will hold bags no problem, offer suggestions and directions and treats you like a family member so your being looked out for. Extended my stay an additional day because of the combination of all this and the charm of the town.
This place was an amazing host for me and my friends on our trip to Machu Picchu

Location, Location, Location
Location is superb, surrounded by birdsong, peaceful with the sound of the river flowing by, views of the mountains. The staff cannot be faulted, friendly, helpful and kind. First day no hot water so showered in freezing water. Rooms are a bit worn and tired.
The customer service is excellent! The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The location of the property is close to the river, close enough that you hear the relaxing water flowing during your stay. It is also close to every thing; from restaurants, cafes, bus station, train station, waterfalls and hot spring. The price per stay is very reasonable. Breakfast is included. I highly recommend this place!
Staff were excellent! They printed our MP tickets and bus passes and refused payment. They we wonderful and welcoming. Beds were comfy, room was big, and the breakfast they packed for us was fine. No hot water at night but that was OK. Morning there was a ton.
The check in was super easy, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had questions about our excursion to Machu Pichu and she answered all our questions. Breakfast was included and she was able to hold our bags while we were gone all day. Highly recommend this family hotel willing to welcome anyone and everyone.
