Difficult to assess as visited in early March, so very much out of season. No hot food on premises. Swimming pool cool (heating issues) on the two occasions we tried, Steam room and jacuzzi were OK, Sauna was out of action. Pool Showers out of action on first visit. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The building is beautiful. All the food was delicious. It’s clear everything is made with care and therefore we didn’t mind any delays, especially on busy weekends. Highly recommend.
