"Definitely not my favorite hotel. Our room was on the first floor which was level with the street. The room had big picture windows directly looking onto the sidewalk without any privacy shade or similar. So you either needed to be comfortable with being on display or keep the blackout blinds closed all the time. Also, the people in the room next door to ours had a loud party starting at 11:30 pm. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but they never answered so I had to get out of bed, get dressed and walk to find someone to get help with shutting the party down. Also, the water in the shower did not stay warm and I ended up taking a cold shower, which was unpleasant. "

"Our refrigerator was not working. Missing hairdryer. No hand towels provided. Then no washcloths given after housekeeping came through. We have stayed here several times over the years and it was fine. This was a step downhill while the price has gone up. "
