"I paid just £34 for a nights stay on Easter Saturday. The property is a little dated however it is clean and my room had everything you would usually pay much more for at other hotels. The owner was very helpful and polite and offered me a choice of breakfast which amazingly is included in the price! There is also free parking avaliable for guests. I had a good nights sleep and for the money it was excellent value."

"This hotel is a tale of two halves, family area is not as fresh as the adult area. The conditions are not fit for purpose for a family and they really need to be looked at. Asked for my room to be cleaned again and was told cleaners are in at 4:30pm, and then when I got back it hadn't been touched apart from making the beds again. Camp bed had springs falling off it which I told reception and they just used the same one, so I had to make a floor bed for the kids (which they loved) but for the price this hotel is overpriced and unhealthy dirty. You can see dust skirts along the walls and under the camp beds, aswell as finding bottles still under the bed from the last occupant and a few other things. Reception staff just lost interest in the amount of people complaining and couldn't care. This place needs a huge overhaul and soon "

"Lovely hotel and we would stay again. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was great and the owners are very nice and friendly. Location was perfect "

"It’s a lovely old building with lots of character. Definitely needs some TLC but we enjoyed our short stay. Didn’t see the entertainment so can’t comment on that. Staff were ok but probably a bit lacklustre, the lady who checked us in for breakfast was nice, the bar tender was pleasant. Check in staff could have been more cheerful and welcoming. However would definitely come again. Breakfast was good."

"Overall a great place for families with pleasure beach being about 15 min walk. Tram stop located within 5 minute walk also provides access to the whole of Blackpool. Staff very friendly and helpful nothing was too much of an ask. Both breakfast and the food menu our very limited and there isn’t much variety. This is same on kids menu. Hotel was very clean and modern. Room itself is standard size clean with a big bathroom. Very clean and modern again. Only downsize is there isn’t much storage room. Our toilet seat was faulty but when we mentioned it they where quick to apologise and said they’d get maintenance to sort it. Parking is limited and if you want to park in the car park it’s £12 pounds a day. There is free parking outside the hotel on the road but it’s very limited . Overall though excellent value for money and a pleasure staying. "
