Me and my daughter loved it, will definitely book there again. The room was clean and warm. The staff were friendly and excellent, as they have a booklet with information if you’re looking for places to eat or drink.

Very friendly, our room was spotless.room had little snacks water and plenty of tea and coffees and even hot chocolate as well which I thought that was very lovely. Bed was comfy blackout curtains so you can have a lie in .

Nice location for you to enjoy Blackpool

Lovely place and ideally set with secure carpark nearby and seafront 2 mins away. Rooms are nice but being an older building you take your chance with noisy people above you as the sound travels well. Ensuite was adequate even though the shower could do with a bit of tlc and the bedroom draws could of been cleaner or at least remove the hairs but over all in would still recommend you stay there.

The room was really nice as were the staff. Something happened due to another guest that they could do nothing about, but they have handled it brilliantly. We will definitely be back and wish the owners all the best going forward.
