"The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. "The location was excellent and very conveniently located in town. It was directly across from the beach (and the hotel was great at providing beach towels), and my room had partial sea views with a small balcony, which made it all the more magical. Within minutes of walking, you’ll also find plenty of restaurants and shops (though be mindful of riposa/rest hours, where almost everywhere is closed), and you’re also a five minute walk to the Rapallo train station, which is also super convenient. For a reasonable cost, you can have buffet breakfast (worth the variety in my opinion). All the staff I dealt with, from reception to restaurant servers to cleaners, were all super friendly as well. The room was clean, though I wish the pillows were a bit softer, but otherwise, no real complaints. I would love to come back to Rapallo and stay here again!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and staying in a historic building gave the hotel some character. However, parking was quite inconvenient. It cost €35 per day, and the parking facility was located several hundred metres away from the hotel, which made arriving with luggage more difficult than expected. Overall, the room itself was fine, but the parking situation could definitely be improved."

The concierge and reception staff were all first class and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend this luxurious property if you are staying in or near Santa Margarita Ligure."
