Clean, comfortable, and with great location (assuming you’ve made your way out to Porto Moniz). Has spa and sauna facilities available (fine but not amazing) and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is good and you get a little something cooked for you every day

Super friendly and helpful staff. A one block walk to the pools, dining etc made it very convenient. The included breakfast at the rooftop restaurant nearby was exactly the way to start your day!

The room was very nice and clean and the kitchenette was a great feature. Beautiful location with everything in walking distance. The included breakfast was really good and fresh. The rooftop was quiet and a nice spot to relax.

Very nice stay in Porto Moniz! The studios were clean and confortable. The staff was really nice and very helpful. We used the pool and the restaurant from the other two aqua natura properties which were conveniently within walking distance.

The only downside to this hotel was that there's no airconditioning. The room was far too hot and the fan was far too loud. I don't think that's 4* worthy. The rest was very good! Very nice room, clean, good location!

Clean place, run by nice people, but overall more like 3,5 than 4 stars. The jacuzzi on the roof is lovely, but the pool facilities in the other hotel that guests have access are small and not very clean. The cooking facilities were very helpful, especially as restaurants in Porto Moniz are of poor quality, but beware of ants in the apartment - all food needs to be locked away carefully. The breakfast in the hotel next door is good and pretty varied (including custom cooked pancakes or omelettes), overlooking the ocean - my favourite part of the stay. This is not the hotel's fault, but a note to future visitors: do not come to Porto Moniz without a car, as public transport is non-existent and there are limited things to do from here (you also can't get Bolt, just regular, more expensive taxis). As the weather wasn't good enough for swimming and it turned out most of the local hiking paths were closed due to a recent wild fire, we decided to cut short our trip and return to Funchal half way through. The regular person at reception was great, but when we were leaving someone else was covering & must not have processed our check out properly, as three days later I was being called up by the hotel, asking me where I was and demanding payment for mini bar items, which we had settled when we left...

La chambre est trÚs bien et le personnel de l'hotel aimable. Le jacuzzi sur le toit est top par contre le SPA de l'hÎtel principale est un peu vieillot avec des mauvaises odeurs d'humidité. La ville de Porto Moniz n'est pas incroyable, il n'y a pas grand chose à faire le soir et les restaurants sont pour la plupart mauvais.

Wir waren fĂŒr 10 Tage mit unserem 2 Jahre alten Sohn in Studios by Aqua Natura Hotels und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Das Zimmer war gerĂ€umig und die kleine KĂŒchenzeile gut ausgestattet. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war ĂŒberaus freundlich, auf unserem Sohn sind die Mitarbeitenden immer eingegangen. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Hotelli on erittÀin siisti, rauhallinen ja sijaitsi keskeisellÀ paikalla. Hotellista ei ollut suoraa nÀköyhteyttÀ merelle, mutta se ei haitannut. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja maukas. Henkilökunta oli ystÀvÀllinen ja avulias. PysÀköinti oli helppoa. Erityiskiitos erinomaisesta sÀngystÀ.

Studio Àr helt ny byggt, inredning var superfrÀsch. Allt var perfekt förberett med stora sköna sÀngar sÄ att alla 5 fick bra med plats. Vi blev förvÄnade över att fanns tvÄ stora terrasser som var jÀtteskönt att sola pÄ. Man fick morgonrockar och bra mÄnga handdukar osv. Det Àr en kedja pÄ 3 hotellet, man kan anvÀnda facilitet pÄ alla 3 hotell, inomhus bad pÄ Bay hotell gjorde min dotter jÀtteglad. NÀr vi hade badat i natural pool kunde vi Àven springa direkt in i Bay hotellet duscha varmt och basta, vilket var fantastiskt praktiskt. Personalen var supertrevliga, vi fick lÄna bad handdukar fastÀn vi hade redan checkat ut, hade vi problem sÄ försökte dem sitt bÀsta för att lösa det. De hade presenter för oss under julafton. Frukost var ocksÄ den bÀst pÄ ön med fÀrskpressad kiwi och god omelett! Allt var bara suverÀnt bra! Rek starkt!

Wir waren insgesamt 10 Tage in dem Hotel und es hat uns super gefallen. Insbesonders praktisch war, dass wir jederzeit umsonst Wasser auffĂŒllen konnten. Auch ParkplĂ€tze sind in dem Gesamtpreis inkludiert. Außerdem war es möglich die Pools/RĂ€umlichkeiten der anderen beiden Schwesterhotels mit zu nutzen. Dass man zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck rĂŒber zum Schwesterhotel musste hat uns Nichte gestört, dafĂŒr genießt man einen guten Ausblick.

Wir waren fĂŒr vier NĂ€chte dort und es war wundervoll. Ein sehr schöner Empfang, wir fĂŒhlten uns direkt willkommen. Im Hotel gibt es Snacks und GetrĂ€nke. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet und auf dem aktuellen Stand. Alles ist einwandfrei sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist durchweg zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Lage in Porto Moniz ist sehr gut und das GebĂ€ude auch Ă€ußerlich sehr ansprechend. Es gibt viele kleine Extras, die fĂŒr einen besonders angenehmen Urlaub sorgen. Wir danken sehr und empfehlen als Paar das Hotel uneingeschrĂ€nkt.

Parfait du dĂ©but Ă  la fin. Le personnel est extrĂȘmement sympathique. Ils offrent des attentions Ă  leurs clients. La chambre Ă©tait extrĂȘmement propre et Ă©quipĂ©e. Le SEUL petit point est l'odeur qui vient du drain de la douche mais on a fait quelques hĂŽtels sur l'Ăźle et ils avaient le mĂȘme problĂšme.
