Restaurant Manager for taking time to chat with our family during breakfast, enhancing the overall experience at Port of Call Restaurant. Port of Call offered a superb breakfast buffet with an amazing and wide variety of items. Everything was delicious and mouth-watering, beautifully catering to all tastes and preferences and perfectly complementing our celebration of my cousin’s incredible wedding the night before. Check-out was seamless, courtesy of Executive Secretary Thamali, whose kindness and care while we waited for transport added the final, thoughtful touch to our stay. "I came to the hotel directly from airport at night time. Staff not friendly at all . I was checked out after 2 days so i left my adapter and charger next to my bed. I called the front desk after 5 hours I realised I forgot it there. Front desk management was yelling at me saying they found only adapter and there is no charger. So I was very disappointed…. I was wondering how it could be both was there… I can not trust this hotel management because what about if I let something more valuable than charger. I was Sri Lankan for 15 days vacation so I avoided raddison hotels …"

"Location excellent don’t let that mislead you to stay in this Hotel it’s a dirty run-down hotel with worse food and staff. property is beyond dirty. This use to be a very nice hotel and known for Sri Lankan food and even that they are the worse now. We stayed in 7 Hotels in Sri Lanka on this trip this is the only bad place we experience avoid this hotel by all means."
