Loved how convenient this was to Atocha train station and to The Prado and Reina Sofia museums. Rooms were simple and small but clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Liked the luggage storage for the day after we checked out.

This hotel overall was fairly good. The room was decently clean and the staff were generally nice. The issues that i came across here was the language barrier between me and the staff and the air conditioning not functioning. The maintenance guys were not available either. Hotel boutique Negresco Plaza Mayor
Very convenient location. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and TV with extras, ie Netflix. Just a little lacking in storage space for clothing, open shelves would have helped. Very cold fridge made up for no kettle, but again a couple of cups would have been appreciated.
