Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was small and basic, but exactly what we needed. A bit tired in places, but the price reflects that. "Room has exactly what an overnight stay requires and is very clean. Need to put thinner pillows as the available pillows were too thick and caused neck pain. The amenities had all that a traveller needs including chargers and ear phones and a good variety of snacks. However, the common area table and the dining area tables were not cleaned regularly so there were crumbs from previous users. The shuttle service was useless to us because we could not get a link to register for our late night arrival. The shuttle service also works limited hours in the morning and evening but not during the day. The reception staff we encountered were outstanding."
