This is a great service apartment. Just 3 minutes away walking to puerta de sol. The washing machine is my wife’s favorite. And the staff is very helpful. I’m highly recommended to the family tourism.

The experience there was pretty good, the room was really big and had everything we needed was very comfortable. They cleaned our room practically every day and the staff there were very friendly. Also the location was excellent.

Overall this is a great place. HOWEVER, there is a club across the street and a lot of street noise when they close down at night. So if you are there on a Friday or Saturdah night, expect it to be loud.

Don’t let the low-key entrance fool you! This is a GREAT hotel and a big bang for your buck. Good conditions, quiet, clean and with all you may need to have an awesome stay.

This is a great property. Staff was wonderful & assisted with our luggage that was lost by airline. Only negative was there was a club nearby that was loud from after midnight until 6:00AM. I was totally impressed with the staff, desk personnel and after hours security that assisted with our luggage issue.

Everything else is good, but the only problem is poor sound insulation. you can easily hear people talking outside. If you are a light sleeper, please bring earplugs with you.

Property is very nice and modern. Some of the staff are very rude and lack of customer service. Fire alarm went off at night and no hotel personnel was at premises. Took 1 hr and 45 min for someone to show up and silence the alarm with no explanation as to where the alarm was triggered. The experience was awful. Management appologized the check-out day providing a night free for the inconvinience.
