The room is clean, but small. The breakfast is average. The hotel is in a great location, the famous Calle Gran Via.

This is a typical old style hotel for an urban centre in Spain. Small room but quite adequately equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. The location is excellent and it was accessible vis a bus or walking (40 minutes) to the train station. I would stay there again.

Very convenient. Just along Gran Via! It's where the action is. Lovely, lively place to be. We have great view from the balcony. Wide space. Great food selection for breakfast. Top with great view of the city as you dine.

Located in the middle of the busiest area of Madrid. You donā€™t even need public transportation to get around. Shopping, sightseeing, museums and nightlife is all in less than 20 minutes walking distance. The Hotel is clean and quiet. If you donā€™t need a concierge service and a pool, this is perfect to just sleep and shower. I will stay there again during my next visit in Madrid.

The hotel has a great location on the Gran Via. It sits within a block that houses other businesses with reception on the 6th floor. My room was small and basic, but was clean with an excellent shower. Small balcony did over some excellent views over the city. I didnt take up the offer of breakfast so cant comment on how good this was. Useful facility to check in and out online which helped speed up the process.

This place is pretty difficult to find. no signs that help you find where the hotel is, and the lobby office is usually empty. Walls are paper thin, view is nice. The soap dispenser had no soap in it. Overall not a great hotel, and quite expensive. If I could go back in time I would book a different place.
