The stay was great. The staff is super friendly, the location is unbeatable, safe and close to Gran Via and the metro station. The AC isn’t as cold as it should be and you can’t play with the settings and the photos said it has a patio but it doesn’t.

Un hotel cerca de la zona comercial y lugares turísticos muy importantes de Madrid, muy bien ubicada, personal atento, lugar muy limpio y un desayuno muy completo para cumplir diversos gustos. Solo los alrededores del hotel algo sucios.

The room we have checked into had a terrible smell of sewage so we requested a change. The next room we're changed to had the same issue and this time the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the sweltering heat. We requested a change of room the second time and it was the same issue and at this point we were exhausted and tired. The receptionists were abysmal and their excuse for the pungent smell was the room wasn't cleaned properly and that, we could have waited for a second clean instead of requesting a room change. Not worth the charge of a motel! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

El personal de recepción se portó muy mal al no informar de que el día 15 era festivo y, en consecuencia, se servía más tarde el desayuno. Cómo es obvio, supone un fastidio para quien ya tiene unos planes determinados. Cuando lo comenté en recepción, ni una disculpa. Ni siquiera un adiós; fue la despedida más gris de un hotel. Ni volveré ni lo recomendaré.
