Great location but basic accommodation

Gentleman at reception was lovely and dispute language barriers was very helpful. Unfortunately the toilet in our had not cleaned properly and the room was very small and basic. Location however, was excellent

The area is ok very close toctheain attractions and things but near a police station so basically all night it's sirens. The staff were nice enough but they made kind of a big deal about us leaving our bags there the day we checked out which is pretty standard practice for a hotel so not sure why that was such a problem

En general todo esta bien, podria mejorar la calidad de la ropa de cama, ya que se percibe desgaste en ella, algunas manchas en la pared pero en geral muy limpio.

Atención del personal de 10! Nos facilitaron la entrada y la salida dejando el equipaje en custodia. Limpio y aún estando ennplena Gran Via, las habitaciones insonorizadas muy bien, ruido 0. Si volvieramos a Madrid, volveriamos de nuevo a este hotel! Muy recomendado. *www.dosviajerosviajando.es

Budget hostel but not a budget hostel

Como cualquier otro Hostel, cuartos pequeños. La recepciónista fue muy cordial y nos cambió de habitación debido a que tengo claustrofobia. La habitación quedaba frente al gran via pero pero no se oía el ruido de la calle. Baños limpio, aire acondicionado. Un poco costoso.

ホステルを初めて経験したが、値段が割安で小規模なホテルということで仕方がないと思うが、 良い点： 　スペイン広場に近い大通り（グランヴィビア通り）沿いで、地下鉄駅も近く観光にも便利 　11時ごろホテルに到着したが、すぐにチェックインできて部屋に入ることができた。（たまたまかもしれませんが） イマイチな点： 　部屋が狭く、大きなスーツケースを広げるのに苦労した。 　古いビルの一部（2階部分）を利用しており、入口がわかり難い。鍵は電子キーではなく物理的なキーを３つ渡された（ビルの入口用、ホテルの入口ドア用、部屋用） 　周囲にはいろいろな飲食店があるが、大通りの裏には中華系の飲食店が多かった。ただほとんど人が入っておらず怖かった。

Un sitio excelente porque aunque no es el más perfecto ni el más caro permite estar cerca de un montón de sitios maravillosos moverte a pie a todas partes parkings públicos por todos los sitios cerca y una atención perfecta y al lado de los teatros qué más se puede pedir

Habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y cómoda. El personal muy simpático y amable. La ubicación del hostal está super bien, a un minuto de la boca de metro plaza España. Perfecto todo.

Viaje a Madrid

La ubicación excelente, a pesar de estar en la gran vía, no se oída a penas el tráfico, habitación muy sencilla pero con lo necesario, un pero es que no hay enchufe en una de las mesitas, y la limpieza sólo pasan hacer las camas y cambio de toallas si te hace falta, el baño no lo limpian y desinfectan cómo toca. Algo muy positivo el personal de recepción, muy amables. Seguro que para otro viaje de poco tiempo volveremos.
