次は利用しない

受付がどこにあるかわからなくて困りました。 受付は3Fでした。 悪い点がいくつかありました。 チェックインの際、事前にカードで 支払いしてたにもかかわらず、足りないので 差額分出してくれと言われました。 鍵を渡されて開ける際には癖のあるタイプで 苦労しました。早く修理してほしい。 しまいには、寒いにもかかわらず、 部屋の暖房は故障していて大変寒い 思いはするし、渡された毛布は黒ずんで 汚い跡が付いていて、使う気にもなりませんでした。 共同トイレ、共同シャワーです。 15室に対してトイレ2 室 シャワー1個でした。 2日目 シャワーは水しか出ないで使うのをやめました。 SOI駅から近くて便利ですが深夜まで人声がうるさいので 眠れませんでした。 ここは二度と予約しません。 今まで止まった中で最悪なホテルでした。

Son habitaciones humildes, pero cómodas. El ruido de la calle puede llegar a molestar, pero con la doble ventana se lleva mejor. La ubicación es muy buena.

Propre et central

L'hostal est propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Sanitaires impeccables même si un peu vieillots. Les serviettes de bain sont rêches, il manque un assouplissant! Accueil efficace et agréable même tardif. Il y beaucoup de chambres les unes à côté des autres, mais on ne se gêne pas malgré la petite épaisseur des cloisons. Super emplacement entre Plaza Mayor et Puerta Del sol, une rue animée mais pas bruyante.

El trato es muy bueno, en general estaba limpio y ordenado. Por error en la reserva nos tocó habitación con baño compartido y la habitación era bastante chica, nos costó manejarnos dos adultos y dos valijas. El resto muy bien.

Questa struttura è il peggio che potete ottenere da tutti i punti di vista. In seguito recensiro la stanza ma prima vi racconto di come mi hanno truffato. Siamo arrivati a tarda sera e già per fare check in ci ha accolto una persona sporca e disorganizzata. Sembra che la nostra stanza sia stata data a qualcun altro e vogliono proporci una stanza con bagno comune. Gli dico che mi sembrava che la mia prenotazione avesse il bagno privato e allora, senza dirmi niente, mi rifilano una stanza con bagno privato. La mattina seguente, durante il check out, un'altra persona arriva e mi dice che devo pagare 10 euro supplementari per la stanza. Non pago in quanto non comunicato e senza niente di scritto si inventano la storia a expedia che dalle telecamere io ho accettato di pagare e expedia, senza consenso, mi ruba 10 euro. L hotel è gestito in malomodo da due persone che cercheranno in tutti i modi di truffarvi. Inoltre, le stanze sono sporche con un forte odore di fogna, senza finestre e senza aria. È stata una delle peggiori esperienze in anni di hotel. Non pernottare qui

El personal del hostal es amable y la limpieza es bastante buena. Sin embargo, las habitaciones individuales (estuve en dos de ellas, en dos días de estancia) no tienen baño privado, son de un tamaño minúsculo, con armarios decrépitos, enchufes en muy mal estado de conservación, una iluminación artificial extremadamente pobre, y un sistema de ventilador eléctrico inadecuado para las temperaturas estivales. Probablemente, la calidad de las habitaciones dobles es algo mejor.

Muy sucio en general. La habitación y el baño compartido estaban sucios. Incluso debajo del armario había una botella de agua vacía. El secador de la habitación no funcionaba. Mucho ruido en la calle porque las ventanas no quitaban nada de ruido. Los visillos no corrían y nos veían desde el edificio de enfrente. No me quejé porque solo me quedé una noche.
