pros: clean and spotless room, friendly staff, good area. cons: as people mentioned you can hear voices from the neighbor, small room, simple breakfast, they don't answer the phone.

Came into our room and our AC did not work. I go up to the front desk and ask for someone to check it out and he said there will be someone later that will come through. No one came at all and it was 95 degrees outside with no AC. Then i went up the next day and asked once again and he comes down to our room and says he turned it on and it was never turned on at all. Most useless workers Ive ever seen in my life especially after asking twice. I would not book here in the middle of the summer because your AC might not work!

Desayuno excelente para comenzar diariamente. Lo único es que para subir al piso 4 que es donde están las habitaciones o para subir al 7 que es donde está la recepción o para subir al 10º piso que es donde está el restaurante, solo hay un elevador y solo caben 4 personas. Si no tienes problema por esperar hasta que desocupen y tengas la suerte de subir es una buena opción. Céntrico, limpio, habitación cómoda para dormir.

Un “hostal que te cobra (8) OCHO EUROS por guardar la maleta de equipaje por 1 hora. El check-out es a las 11 y quisimos bajar a tomar una café, comprendiendo la hora de salida lo hicimos correcto y salimos; cuando quisimos dejar la maleta se nos cobro (8) OCHO EUROS. Y como último detalle NO dan factura de esto y solo debe ser en efectivo. El robo se cuenta solo.

Lo único malo es el elevador, es pequeño, lento y viejo. Subimos a pie 7 pisos para check in, mismo que bajamos. Optamos por que subiera uno de nosotros con todas las maletas, el resto por la escalera. Muchos con el mismo problema. Luego una noche se metieron dos vagabundos a dormir en la escalera, no se querían mover. Avisamos para que los sacaran.

Hotel in posizione centrale e comodissima per visitare la città. Camere molto piccole ma funzionali, bagno altrettanto piccolo ma pratico. Le camere sono rumorosissime, senza nessun tipo di insonorizzazione. Durante il ns. soggiorno stavano imbiancando alcune stanze e le parti comuni. I lavori venivano eseguiti fino a tarda notte e a causa della mancata insonorizzazione è stato difficile riposare.

Habitaciones bastante modernas con limpieza justita, es un gran inconveniente que llegues a la habitación y lo primero que veas son unos buenos lamparones marrones en las colchas de las camas, luego las sábanas estaban limpias, eso sí, el apartamento estaba bastante chulo y la habitación estaba bien en amplitud y también en insonorización con la calle, aunque estando en pleno centro siempre se escucha algo como es lógico, en general no está mal, pero con cosas a mejorar como las que comento... Los espacios comunes ya es otro cantar, las escaleras y el ascensor dan pena verlos, por viejos "que es lo de menos" y por sucios sobre todo. No han limpiado la escalera en los 4 días de estancia, los escalones llenos de churretones y parece que no importa a nadie, eso muy, muy mal.

Solo merece la pena por la ubicación

La habitación sucia. El wc sucio y con un horrible olor a cañerías que inundaba toda la habitación. Cuando lo dijimos en recepción nos dijeron que teníamos que haber avisado antes para decirle ellos al de mantenimiento. Y POR QUE NO en el momento de nuestra queja?? No entendimos la respuesta. La escalera de acceso al hostal el carmen SUPER sucia. El ascensor, solo hay uno para un montón de hostales en el mismo portal y la terraza Sky44, super lento y os podéis imaginar que super transitado. Con lo cual bajábamos y subíamos por la escalera. En fin, horrible Eso sí, muy bien situado.
