Great value in the heart of Madrid, walking distance to museums and park. Great security. Comfortable beds. Would d to have had an electric kettle or coffee maker in the common area for travellers, as we found in most pensións. The building is beautiful.

Not friendly and not useful service. Plenty of excuses to avoid helping booking a taxi to the airport. The hotel is in a 6th floor, and after 10pm you needed to show a paper to enter the building. The location is good, but local taxis in Madrid are lazy and aggressive enough to not drop you off in front of the hotel, so you need to walk your luggage.

A localização do Hispano Argentino Gran Via é excelente. No coração da Gran Via muito bem conectado com toda a cidade de Madrid. O meu quarto era pequeno e não tinha janela, mas não foi um problema, já apenas passei 2 noites. Porém, se fosse mais tempo, já seria um problema. O check-in e check-out foram muito fáceis e a equipe é bastante cordial. Fica localizado no 6 andar de um prédio, mas há elevadores. Se fosse mais barato eu voltaria, mas acredito que os preços estavam elevados devido ao evento da NFL na cidade no mesmo fim de semana.

3人で2泊しました。3人で使うにはとても部屋は狭かったですがこの立地、お値段では仕方がないと思います。受付のファミリーはとてもフレンドリーです。毎日掃除もあります。 お部屋も新しいし、清潔感もあります。 洗面所のドアが透けているのが家族であっても少し困りました。シャワーはすぐお湯もでたし水圧も十分です。共用のバストイレもあるのでそれを使用しました。壁が薄いので隣の部屋の客がうるさいのには困りました。エアコン、エレベーターもありました。 立地は素晴らしくどこにでも行きやすいです。周りにたくさんのお店やレストランもあります。相互的に考えてリピートありのよいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。
