This is a very convenient hotel for driving down to Malaga from UK and was welcoming and also pet friendly for our 2 dogs. Will definitely stay there again on next trip

Great hotel to stay in Alcobendas, near Madrid. The area is not a touristic one, but it’s close to shopping centres and the Madrid Barajas Airport. Great staff and services, but they have some issues with the A/C in some of the rooms.

No frills hotel. Staff wasn’t overly welcoming, bed sheets smelled clean but had eyelashes all over one of the beds, could feel the bed springs in the mattress, no air conditioning in either room and they said we could open the windows for cooler air but everyone was smoking right outside and so it brought in that smell.

This is a cute little hotel in a quiet area close to the airport. I loved the lobby with food, bar and tables to lounge. Rooms were exactly what we needed for a one night stay for our flight home. Great showers. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Business trip-Hotel close to IFEMA and airport

It was a business trip ,so I preferred to choose an hotel close to IFEMA fair. The room was clean, comfortable, suitable for a quiet work, breakfast for very good compared to the price. The snack and dinner menu can be extended. The staff was helpfull.

This was ok for an overnight stay to/from the airport. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was small but clean and the bathroom/shower was good. But it is in a very industrial neighborhood so there is literally nowhere to go other than inside the hotel and the lobby/dining room was small. Luckily it was not crowded when I was there. The fences outside the hotel made it look like it was under construction and the whole area was kind of creepy. The dining options are VERY limited for dinner and lunch with nothing else around unless you drive. I read there was not much around so I expected more from the dining experience and lounge options.
