I like the hotel a lot and am a regular guest. The hotel is really nice and has a great rooftop. The staff is usually extremely welcoming and professional. This time, however, the unfriendly tone of the manager at reception was quite annoying. There was a mixup because I was charged breakfast (which I did not book), and he claimed to have asked me upon check-in whether I wanted breakfast and claimed I had said yes (which I did not do). In fact, I checked in with another staff member (who was actually super friendly). In any case, in the end, the breakfast charge was cancelled, but the tone of the manager was completely unacceptable. Should I go back to the hotel, I hope this reception manager has the same friendly, professional tone as his subordinates.

Just a few steps from the Gran Via with a bus stop directly across the street and Metro Callao station a 5-minute walk. Fantastic location for access, shopping, dining. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Easy on the eyes as well.

This is a cute hotel in the central District of Madrid. The rooms were adequate in size, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar area is quite nice. If I were to travel back to Madrid for a few days I would consider this hotel again.
