This place is PERFECT. Walking distance to everything needed. The metro is right there the theaters. Mamma Mia is 1 minute away and so is Lion King and some others. The staff super nice. And from outside it feels like a medieval alley! Me encanto todo de este hotel. Volvere!

I had a nice stay Hotel Los Condes. All facilities were ok, breakfast was more than fine. If you are looking for a instagram proof hotel, this hotel might not be it.

Quiet but central

Nice hotel, centrally located just off Gran Via. Quiet xtreet but close to shops, eateries, sites etc. Reception staff were excellent when I needed to get a doctor for my friend. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied with more vegetarian options but was ok.

Hotel prices are exorbitant in Spain, so for the price of this hotel, the property serves the purpose of accommodation with bathroom facilities. One point to note is that the elevator is extremely small and it is located off the main street, but only by mere metres. I interacted with two staff members during my 3-night stay and they were pleasant. The hotel is clean and close to food and transport options including the metro, but like many other hotels, there is only one pane of glass separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom which always gets wet when showering and this presents a serious danger for injury.

The hotel is a bit old. It is important to mention that the cleanliness of the rooms was very good however the room was old. The shower did not work properly. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and pleasant. The location of the hotel is not the best in relation to the neighborhood, because it is not nice but it is extremely close to Gran Via where everything is and that is very valuable.

Decent hotel in the center, nothing fancy

Good location, room a bit small and noisy at night due to people screaming outside. Hotel is simple but had all I needed. Housekeeping was often coming very late in the afternoon when I was already back... The shower was too small, could barely enter. Internet was lousy, slow like 20 years ago and instable, lost connection all the time. This is a shame that in the center of a large capital in Western Europe it's still not possible in 2024 to get decent Internet! I just wanted to make some calls (no video), and it was barely possible! Not understandable!

The hotel and staff were nice. The rooms are small and there are no drawers to put your clothes. We had to leave them in our luggage which was inconvenient. Ice is very difficult to get. Also, they do not provide kleenex or body lotion. Just small things but have an impact.
