Great location right at the top of Gran Via and next to metro stop. We had an enormous balcony room that extended the length of the Gran Via side of the hotel. It was larger than some apartments, which felt grand. But the chairs and chaise lounge were covered in stains, which was a real downer and made it feel less luxurious than it otherwise could have. The room itself was clean and tidy, as was the bed, so overall it was an excellent stay. The views over the city were wonderful and the staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast is fine but we ended up skipping it half the time in favor of variety elsewhere.

As per the stuff the hotel will be renovation soon so they aren’t t spending money for anything now ! The location is beyond excellent in grand via , but cleanliness is to be taking care of ! Stuff are v cooperative and when we complained about cleanliness in the room on the spot the house keeping supervisor was at the door trying to help and did the best she can

We loved the location, it was great, right in the middle of the busy street, great night life, convenient to all. The room was new, clean and the beds and comforters were really nice and cozy. The best one among all the hotels we staying during this trip. We also loved the bathroom, very classy, considering the price, worth it.
