Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but there was a little fridge to put water in

Nice and quiet

Perfect for a short quiet trip. The hotel is placed in a quiet area. There are some good restaurants at walking distance. Pinto is quiet and calm. SO if this is what you are looking for, go for it! Overall the staff was helpful, polite and courteous! The room was clean, the hotel has a bar and restaurant (I didn't try it, but it was always busy, so it must be good). Good breakfast choices. Overall I had a good stay there.

good place

Not the first time in this hotel, same issues - heating, clogged shower, room was like smoking free. Fortunately I got contacted and the heating was fixed and offered to change the room. For me the location is convenient plus the free parking outside easy to find a place.

The hotel in question doesn't have a parking lobby for allowing you a minute to do your check in, then you have to do malabares with your car around a busy neighborhood while you complete the check in. Once you solve the situation, the parking lot they have is very good. Have in mind you must get a reservation for your parking lot at the hotel.

Property and staff were good, WiFi service stopped working on my floor after first night, reported to staff multiple time and told it will repaired the next morning. We had multiple rooms booked, some fridges worked and some didn’t. When asked about the fridge we received different answer from staff members. We don’t have fridges in rooms, they haven’t worked for ages.
