This is a beautiful hotel, right across the street from the Prado. It is within walking distance of many of the most significant places in Madrid. The rooms are very nice and the staff is excellent.

Love this hotel!

We loved this hotel! The location was excellent, right across from the Prado Museum. The staff were very friendly, room was very nice, roof top gym was incredible, and breakfast buffet was amazing. We had a wonderful stay here.

Upscale modern hotel steps from Prado and Thyssen-Borneo’s museums. Staff are professional and friendly. They let us check in early at no charge. Plenty of cute restaurants on back streets up the hill behind the hotel.

Great location. Good breakfast. In the suit the entry and exit of the bath/shower is tricky but the shower is good. Internet is fast. Above all it is a great location if you are visiting museums.

Great location. Room on the small side; oddly shaped and laid out. Not easy to get around the bed and only one bedside table. Helpful staff. Ok breakfast. More 4 star than 5.

Everyone was attentive and helpful. Jose Antonio went out of his way to help us with luggage. He walked 2 blocks to find us and carried the luggage. We were greeted with a smile and suggestions to enjoy our stay. Great team!

Mixed feelings. My opinion its not a 5 stars hotel. Missing some major features. Also, breakfast isn't included. In order to pay €7 less you have to prebook? And the place wasn't busy at all. Gym is on the rooftop, but to get there one has to get outside and walk the stairs. Anyway, bot coming back.

Fantastic breakfast. Good service. Room was oddly shaped but comfortable bed. Tv was ok but not state of the art. Central location. Gym was on rooftop and empty when i went. They were strict on check our times. No places to work without music but managed a zoom call ok.
